Provider terms

1. Scope

These Provider Terms supplement the Terms of Service for anyone who lists a studio, offers professional services, accepts bookings or quotes, or claims a directory listing on Rhymechain.

2. Directory vs verified listings

• Unclaimed directory listings are informational. They are not bookable until a team verifies control through our claim flow.
• A verified badge means Rhymechain accepted evidence of operational control of the premises or business contact channels — not proof of legal property ownership.
• You are responsible for keeping rates, hours, amenities, and cancellation policies accurate.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Request-to-book holds are not confirmed until you accept. Clients may withdraw requests before confirmation.
• Confirmed sessions follow the cancellation policy shown on your listing and snapshotted onto the booking. The default is: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before start. 50% refund between 48 and 24 hours. No refund within 24 hours. Publish a different policy on the studio if you need other terms, and clients see that text before they book.
• Rhymechain does not currently operate an automated refund engine. Deposit and refund outcomes are between you and the client unless we expressly process a payment on your behalf.

4. Reviews and disputes

Client ratings published on your listing come from completed bookings where deliverables were accepted. Disputed or incomplete sessions do not publish as platform reviews. You may open a dispute from Bookings if a session cannot be resolved bilaterally; we may assist at our discretion.

5. Conduct

Do not post deceptive listings, fake availability, or harass clients. We may remove listings, reverse claims, or suspend workspaces that violate these terms or create safety risk.
